  • Hiring from us is easy! Browse through our lookbook, and then reach out to the team with the items that you’d love to hire with your event dates, location and anything else you think we need to know and we’ll send you a quote.

  • Orders need to be placed at least 5 working days before your event. To ensure availability, we recommend placing your order as early as possible. However, we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.

  • Our hire prices cover the tableware items you've selected for the specified hire duration. It also includes cleaning costs, ensuring you receive spotless tableware for your event.

    The prices in the lookbook are based on single-day hire, if you are hiring for an extended period note that your quote will reflect a multi-day rate.

  • We understand plans can change! Contact our team as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate any adjustments to your order, subject to availability.

    Changes made within five days of your event may incur additional admin fees or not be possible, subject to availability.

  • No need! We handle the cleaning for you. Just scrape off excess food and liquids before returning, and we'll take care of the rest to ensure everything looks its best for the next customer.

  • Accidents do happen at events! If there are any breakages you will be charged replacement fees after your return has been checked over by our team, these vary depending on the item.

  • Absolutely! We offer private showroom appointments where you can view our collection in person. Get in touch to schedule a visit and explore our stunning tableware.

  • While we primarily offer delivery and collection services for convenience and safe transport of our equipment, you're welcome to arrange to pick up and return the items yourself if it suits your needs.
